Teaser and body text is switched. How to switch back

I am looking at my site and the text that should be in the teaser is in $node->body and the text that shoudl be in in body is in the teaser.

When I goto feed mapper for the content type, it does not show teaser or body as options.

How can I switch this so that it is correct in the future.

Context Path for Sections?

I'm having trouble creating a context for a new movie section. I want every time someone visits the /movies path, they see a right rail of advertising. I've tried using the direct path with the complete url and with just /movies as the path, but either way, nothing new appears.

I set a node-type condition to "movie" and ads appear on individual movie listings. I need ads to appear also on the movies landing page.

Any help?

Creating new sections based on "article"

I found an old question http://groups.drupal.org/node/46444 about duplicating the "article" content type, its listing page, and node detail page for use as new content sections. (obituaries, sports...)

As I understand things, I need to:
- Duplicate the "article" content type;
- Duplicate the "article" view;
- Duplicate the "article" context

Problems with Features when upgrading from 2.0 to 2.1

I posted the same issue before after OP 2.1 was released, but waited until now to try again.

In my upgrades from 1.7 to 2.0 and 2.0 to 2.1, I made sure to delete the proper files and enable/disable the correct modules...

But just like the last time, after getting to the final step of the 2.0 to 2.1 upgrade procedure, I am unable to "revert components" in the Features configuration. When I get to Features, I see "Features" and "Testing", when I click on "Features" nothing happens. None of the features show up.

Does anyone have any insight into what's happening?

How to Display CCK Field Contents?

I'm trying to theme a new content type. I have the node-movie.tpl.php file. I want to display the contents of my field_theater CCK entry. I try the following, but just get a blank:

<?php print $theater; ?>

However, if I try to display the node's title, using the same line, the node's title displays. What am I missing?

Moving from a shared server to a dedicated server

I’ve been developing our site on a shared server while we waited to get our dedicated server. Now that we have our dedicated server ready to go I’m looking to move the site over to its final home.

Has anyone done this before, and if so, what are the steps I should take?

Setup a login region so we can use context to place login items

Hi,

I wanted to add Twitter signin to my site.

I found that the there is no login region.

Instead the login is coded into page.tpl.php

Is there a way to create a login region so I can then use context to help set it?

I am looking at my site, and wondering about issues and functions, and trying to figure out if things were intended to be the way they are.

I can't be sure, but it sure seems like my headlines are getting wimpier and wimpier. The blog headlines are non-existent on landing pages. And if I filter by author, even the teasers don't show anymore.

Subtheme Problem with Front Page

I am running OP 2.1 on Ubuntu 10.04. Prior to my subtheming effort, OP was working nicely.

Over the past day or so, I've read through all the OP documentation. One section that sparked me to action was the section on sub-theming. Before I go about customizing the look and feel of my site, I want to create a sub-theme as advised in the docs.

It would be nice to view and read about some OpenPublish production sites.

I've built several OpenPublish sites, but eventually had to drop them and go back to conventional Drupal.

The OP is certainly an attractive concept. I have thought that it may be too complex an install to start. Possibly a more incremental approach would be better.

I'd sure like to try it by applying modules and such over time as I get things working.

This isn't that easy, because you don't really know where to start or stop.

Creating content in OP 2.1

How do I create content in Openpublish 2.1.

More specifically, i want to be able to give different roles the ability to create content.

In open atrium, I would add the content type to context and the context add button would appear.

However, I do not see this in Openpublish.

Any help?

No Metatags

When looking at the source of an article, no metatags appear in the head area, tags like keywords, description, robots ...etc.

Images suddenly disappeared in Open Publish version 2.0

I'm running Open Publish version 2.0 and everything was working Okay until last week.

Now suddenly all the story Images and profile picture images on the website have disappeared. I have checked the permissions on files folder to be correct. The images are present in the files folder, just not showing up in the linked stories. I tried uploading new images, flushing image cache, clearing cache - nothing works.

How do I create an RSS feed without the extra fields?

Currently, the RSS feeds that are produced from my site includes most of the entire node (deck, 2 author fields, main image and thumbnail image).

I'm trying to create a feed that simply has the title (linked to its URL), the teaser (or description), image and posted date.

I tried using Views RSS which in essence allows me to pick fields, but it doesn't allow me to pick all the correct fields. It will not allow me to choose an image.

Does anyone know the best way to accomplish this?

Content Type export issue

Hopefully an easy one, but didn't see anything about it in searches...

Trying to export the "Articles" content type to be reimported as a new content type, but getting a white screen. Here's what I'm doing:

-- /admin/content/types/export
-- select "article"
-- click "export" button at bottom of page
-- all fields checked on next screen, click "export" button at bottom of page
-- white screen.

Can I turn off Features Category with OP modules and have working site?

If I turn off the Features category with all the OP modules will the OpenPublish work as a normal Drupal site?

I am hoping to isolate areas of the installation. I'm not saying anything is glitchy. I'm just thinking some of the stuff I just don't need.

If I have a basis to work from I can pick and choose areas of interest that I need on the site.

Example...

I don't want the videos at the bottom of content, which are pulled by filters I'd like to understand better.

I put up an article on immigration, and the videos came up about programming. LOL
