New to TX and the group

Hi all, I have been in manufacturing most of my life and sideline as a musician but have build a few sites using drupal. Currently I'm using it at work to help sales and with our engineering projects. I have used the webform module to build a sales tracking and engineering tracking site for us. I need to make it so I can archive individual submissions in my view (table). The edit/delete links are already there but I would like to have an archive link next to each entry so when the task is complete, the entry isnt visible (unless we need to pull up a report).

Drupal driven radio station management platform

I rode with someone from Austin on the train from the airport to San Francisco a few years back for DrupalCon who was interested in running a radio station on Drupal. Is that you? I think I understand the things we may or may not have been discussing now :), and my laptop doesn't squeal the way that subway did. Did you get somewhere with it?

Thanks
-Bronius

Help make Drupal 8 training available for everyone

Hi all,

Drupal 8 is getting close now with about 40 critical bugs left: https://drupalreleasedate.com/chart/samples. It's possible that we'll see a release in September: https://drupalreleasedate.com/

Our OSTraining team would like to make sure that as many people as possible can use Drupal 8.

However, many new Drupal 8 users will need training, which can be expensive and difficult to find.

So, we're running a campaign to give everyone free access to the very best Drupal 8 training.

The campaign link is: http://kck.st/1Eu07Jw

Many thanks for checking it out

Frontend Performance Training with Four Kitchens

Start:
2015-05-02 10:00 - 17:00 America/Chicago
Event type:
Training (free or commercial)

The best website is a fast website. Users are proven to be happier and more willing to spend time and money on your site when it loads fast and responds quickly to their actions. Adding performance to the ever-growing list of development responsibilities can seem daunting, but it doesn't have to be.

In this full-day training we'll cover development best practices to make your Drupal site fast, making the frontend as performant as possible. We will discuss how to set and maintain a performance budget, which helps prioritize site performance over the life of a project. Finally, we will explain the basics of workflow automation, which helps a team stick to a performance budget during development, and serves as a warning system when heavy, slow features are added to a site.

This is a paid training, so you must RSVP via Eventbrite.
