Welcome to the Austin Drupal Users Group!
As of April 2025, we are no longer posting events in this group (there are too many places to post events and groups.drupal.org is dying a slow death).
TxDUG / Texas Drupal organizers are collecting contact info for Drupalers in Texas so we can stop being reliant on other platforms (here’s looking at you Meetup.com) for communicating announcements. Please fill out this form so we can email you about Drupal events in Texas (you can choose which regions).
Please join us in the #austin-texas channel on Drupal Slack. If you aren't already on Drupal Slack, join here.
We continue to post our meetups in Drupal.org's Community Events section.
For now, RSVPs for our meetups are in our Meetup Group, but this might change in the future. Best to be in our Slack channel or on our email list.
Hope to see you at an upcoming meetup!

Read moreHi - anyone interested in coding together?
Hello there!
Is anyone here interested in getting together (probably weekends) to code together?
My drupal 'expertise' is just a few months old and it seems like it would be great to get together and code - clarify each others' questions - and who knows -- may be even work on some drupal projects together?
Let me know if anyone is interested.
Thanks,
Neil

Read moreNodequeue and views
Greetings, all. Hope I'm in the right place for this.
I'm setting up a fairly complex site for my first time using Drupal. Not the best way to go, I know.
It's moving along pretty well, but I've run into something that I'm sure is quite simple to accomplish, but can't wrap my brain around it and can't seem to find an answer for.
Basically, I'd like to use one view to handle multiple nodequeues and display any given nodequeue only for the related node. Sounds simple, and it probably is.

Austin Drupal Bash (March 12 during SXSW): Ask an Expert session and party
During the second weekend of March, tens of thousands of tech and creative geeks descend upon Austin for SXSW -- yet this year's conference doesn't offer an official Drupal-focused session. We've decided to take matters into our own hands!
Join us Monday, March 12, to confer, shake hands, and share enthusiasm with those in the Drupal community. There will be experts. There will be camaraderie. There will be beer.
You don't need a SXSW badge to get in, but you do need to RSVP via Eventbrite.
