DrupalcampNYC10 on December 10th, 2011: A Call for Volunteers

Hello all,

We are now full-steam ahead in our planning for what will be the largest Drupalcamp ever held in New York City. We have not formally made the announcement of venue but that will come shortly (we're working out particulars of what facilities we will be using). However, it will be at a prominent University in Manhattan :-)

At this point, we are looking for volunteers that are willing to help in the next couple of months leading up to the camp. Positions include but are not limited to:

  1. COD site administration and maintenance
  2. PR/Marketing support
  3. Food/Drink planning committee members
  4. Day-of-Camp volunteer organizers

If you are interested in helping us in any of these areas, please feel free to email me directly. Also, we are holding an organizer's planning meeting this Thursday evening at 6:30pm at North Point Solutions. I'm available to help with COD and day-of volunteer stuff. I'm not available Tue->Thursday nights, but any other time should be fine.

Hi guys, I have been unable to attend the last two meetups, but I know we are approaching a time where volunteers are needed. I would be happy to volunteer for any day of duties as well as things needed in the days leading up to Camp day. Please let me know what you need.
