The fourth NYC Drupal Ladder sprint! Come build your Drupal skills and help D8.

The next NYC Drupal Ladders sprint is happening Sunday, March 24th. The sprints so far have been a lot of fun, with people testing patches and pruning the issue queues. Come join us!

What's a Drupal Ladder?

The Drupal Ladder project is part of an initiative to help Drupal users get started learning and contributing back to Drupal. The stated goal is to get "just" 1% of active users on drupal.org to contribute to Drupal core by 2014. This is a great way to learn about and contribute to Drupal 8.

What's the plan?

We'll be learning to submit suggested changes to Drupal as patch files.

Want to do something else? (Write a guide to installing Drupal 8 on MAMP, test patches, make other improvements?) Also cool. Go for it.

Snacks and refreshments will be provided. Pizza will be subject to crowdfunding again this time.

What to do in advance

• Sign up for an account on drupalladder.org. It's free and quick. Promise.
• Pack a laptop
• Event signup (at the bottom of this post) isn't required but is heartily appreciated.

The event will run from 2:00pm-5:00pm on Sunday, March 24.
