@ericG, while sales is certainly a part of running a Drupal shop, and I'm fine with having other people join me in a panel, this is a fundamentally different proposal. I was actually thinking about proposing a similar session and I'd be happy to help with this one, but either way I think it should remain a separate proposal.

Estimating a Drupal project?
This might go with the Freelancing business session instead, but some how-tos or examples or averages for figuring out how long a project will take (and therefore the cost) would be very useful.
