allaneldridge1967 will "do a presentation on a site I maintain for a softball league in NYC. I'll do a comprehensive overview including the user and administrative experience, the database architecture (CCK types), module development, and whatever else I can pack into the time I'm allotted. I'm in the midst of updating the site so I'll be interested in hearing feedback as well as answering questions that people may have about it."
robbiethegeek will "do an Intro to Drush (it will also pretty much force me to do a little bash 101 [command line shell interface] and local environment productivity talk. Unless something comes up...". This may be robbiethegeek's last meeting as he is moving back to NYC.

The meeting will once again be at NJIT in Fenster Hall. While the last meeting was held in the computer lab (160), we will probably begin the meeting in the conference room with the round table just down the hall. Overhead projectors should be available.
Parking will be in Lot 7.
Remember to signup with real name field filled in if you want to reserve a parking spot.

In the mean time, in case kaw3939 can't get enough guest accounts or it doesn't work out well in practice: does anyone have a hotspot they can bring? I'll bring a power strip. But I don't have a power strip.

Drupal Video
Hi,
As I have said before, NJIT is preparing to offer Drupal training and we will be marketing the program to a variety of customers. Would anyone be interested / be will to be video taped for a couple sound bites. We don't want you to endorse NJIT, our training, or anything like that. We just wanted to get some statements from people from the community that explain why they are interested in Drupal, so that people that don't know about Drupal may become interested. Contact me directly or reply to this thread. I'm open to a discussion on the subject. We are pretty open to whatever you might want to say about Drupal. This was just a request from the videographer that I'm passing on, he is a good friend, and I think he wants to do a good job on making a promotional video about Drupal and our courses.

Hi,
You guys asked about a playdate on a saturday and I may be able to arrange this; however, it will need to be in conjunction with an information session to be held concurrently on the Drupal training NJIT will start to provide. Essentially, you guys can have the lab and I'll do an information session in the conference room. If you have people that don't know about Drupal and may be interested in taking a low cost course in Drupal implementation, module development, or theming, you should bring them.
