We're in the homestretch with just a few days left. This will be a face-to-face meetup at DPCI, 1560 Broadway, Suite 810.
At this meeting we will go over:

The Day-of-Conference Guide document that I am creating with inputs from Scott and Brian. This will include who is 'captain' of which areas of the camp, who the volunteers are, how things will need to be organized, emergency management plan, etc.

Contingency plan for schedule in the event that the iPhone app is NOT approved in time for the conference. We will need to scurry to print out 500 legible schedules (this may NOT be necessary if Apple comes through)

Discussion of the exact resource coordination for Friday's LOAD-OUT from DPCI and INTO JJC at 1:30pm EST

Any other outstanding items for discussion that any organizer deems critical for the CAMP to go off successfully.
Please note that we will NOT be discussing the afterparty since we have more than enough on our plates and this was not in scope for our planning in any event. A healthy debate is going on in the camp list and we can keep it there until resolution is achieved.
