Call for Volunteers - DrupalCamp NJ program committee

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

For the upcoming DrupalCamp NJ on February 4th, we are looking for a few volunteers to constitute a program committee. This committee will be responsible for contacting and confirming a few additional featured speakers, helping promote the event to other potential speakers and encouraging them to submit session proposals, and for selecting and organizing the final camp program and schedule.

The main qualification is, of course, your willingness to volunteer and some organizing talent. However, your ability to attend a number of in-person meetings in the Princeton area, some breadth of Drupal experience, and existing connections with the PA, NJ, NYC and broader Drupal community are all important.

Let me know where and when. I go to Phillie and NYC frequently and could try and promote the camp there. Might be able to line up our site architect (flixfling.com) for a presentation ...

Please make clear if you want to work on the PROGRAM committee and have sufficient background and are local to Princeton.

We will certainly also need volunteers the days leading up to and the day of the camp as well, but we'll put out a separate call for that.
