The Drupal application developer will contribute to the definition, design and development of high quality Web sites and Web-based solutions. Applications will be primarily developed using Drupal and related technologies; however, a diverse range of experience in multiple technologies is desirable. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies, be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team, producingquality work products with attention to detail. Key Responsibilities • Work closely with system analyst and ui prototypers, subject matter experts and project team in the development of database driven Web sites • Design, develop, and maintain Web sites and Web-based solutions utilizing Drupal and other Web-based technologies • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines

Required Skills 3+ years of software development experience with Web-based development tools and technologies. 1+ years of experience developing solutions using Drupal. SVN - Environment Management. Understanding of Web development practices, the software development life cycle, and development in accordance with industry best practices. Extensive familiarity with (X)HTML, XML, CSS and JQuery, JavaScript. Experience with Drupal theming and common module configuration (view, panels, etc.). Individual needs to have good verbal and written communication and has previous experience leading a small team of developers 3 to 4. PreferredSkills/Experience Bachelor?s Degree in a technical field: Computer Science, Engineering or IT related discipline. W3C standards. Familiarity with one or more of the following (or similar) programming languages: Java,PHP, .NET, Python, Ruby. Database programming experience, using one or more of SQL Server, MySQL,DB2, or other relational database . Strong written and oral communication skills.

You’ll be working alongside our online production team to support client project teams who are creating websites, web applications and mobile applications using a variety of web-based tools. Required Qualifications
At a minimum, you’re going to need the following qualifications:
• U.S. Citizenship (required by some of our customers)
• 7 years web development work experience, including 4 years PHP development, 2 years custom Drupal development and 1 year Drupal WCMS implementation
• Have developed custom Drupal modules and themes (show us what you’ve done)
• Be very good at using templates to theme components, translating requirements/specifications into quality web apps and maintaining and administering Drupal modules and sites
Have experience with the following technologies and platforms:
• SQL and relational databases generally, MySQL specifically
• GNU/Linux
• Apache Web Server
• JavaScript and major JavaScript libraries
• Hand-coding HTML and tableless CSS
• XML/XHTML
Have a high level of understanding of the following:
• Cross browser compatibility issues and debugging
• Agile development methodologies
• System life-cycle stages and activities
• Information system security requirements
• Industry/W3C standards for the web and web app development
Optional Qualifications
