Hey everyone - I couldn't find a page that could be best utilized for discussions regarding the upcoming DrupalCampNYC10 @ John Jay so I figured I would create one. This could be used for various Non-Official discussions; i.e. unloading extra tickets :), Drupalers seeking transportation to/from the event, etc.
If there is already a page for this then please let me know and I will re-post there.

Unable to attend DrupalCampNYC10
Due to a work conflict I will not be able to attend this Saturday :(. Anyone interested in my ticket?
Can one of the organizers check in on this?
At the venue we've used for the prior camps, due to insurance issues and when attendee lists were due, there was no possibility of allowing people to give their ticket to others (especially so close to the day of the event). I'm not sure if that is still the case with the new venue. But, before we get a bunch of folks getting too far in trading tickets, it would be good for someone that knows the details to chime in here. Thanks.

According to those in the know this morning, transfers aren't allowed for this event.
Transfers
All attendees must wear their name badges at all times and their name must match their ids.
Transfers currently not possible
Unfortunately ticket transfers are currently not possible.
We're looking to see if there's a simple way to make it possible, but we have to give a list of attendees to the venue security before the event, so you can't just give your ticket to someone else. Watch this space for updates.
