Meetup

The next Downtown Drupal meetup is on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 from 7-9pm (happy hour at 5pm) and will be at Sensis Agency in Downtown Los Angeles. Those interested in attending this meetup remotely are welcome to join us via WebEx.

At this meetup, we're having our usual news and announcements, as well as raffle prizes, community Q&A, lightning talks (which are short, bite-sized presentations) and featured presentations, including DrupalCon Portland Redux, Must See DrupalCon TV and DevShop: Self-Hosted Development Environment.

Each year LA Drupal and neighboring groups meetup up at DrupalCon for a group photo. This is short 15-20 minute event, people just show up and someone takes a photo, then the Internet is blessed with that photo. F-O-R-E-V-E-R!

Until a better place is chosen, let's assume everyone should gather near the conference registration tables.

We will need someone to volunteer their camera/device, and we usually grab someone random from the crowd and ask them to snap the photo for us.

During this webcast, our presenter will cover several key concepts related to building rich internet Apps with Drupal & HTML5.
