Now in its 9th year, DrupalCamp LA is the annual FREE unconference-style Drupal training, founded in the style of BarCamp, for the Drupal community in Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Greater Southern California Area.

GLADCamp 2015, the Greater Los Angeles Drupal Camp, is a full day of Drupal on Friday, February 20th, 2015, at the Hilton LAX in Los Angeles, California.

We've partnered with SCALE 13x, the Southern California Linux Expo, and are part of SCALE's 4 full days of activities, including keynotes, sessions, presentations, trainings and more!

February 2015 is very Full. We are having GLADCamp 2015 in association with SCALE13x on February 19 and 20. Then SAND camp is February 26-28. That is a lot of Drupal in two weeks. So we are not going to meet in Pasadena this month.

Instead consider visiting GLADCamp 2015 at SCALE.

SANDcamp 2015: February 26-February 28

SANDcamp is our annual Drupal camp that brings together training, Drupal experts and San Diego's best and brightest talent for three days of learning, sharing and teaching. It's a great way to meet your community and learn more about a great open-source platform. Speakers share their insights about their top web projects along with cutting edge Drupal practices. Everyone is welcome especially those new to Drupal.

BADCamp 2014. Nov 6 - 9

For those of you new to Drupal or Drupal camps, BADCamp is a gathering of like-minded people to discuss and learn about Drupal, an open-source content management system that is powering more of the web every year. BADCamp was inspired by BarCamp events and is powered by people like you. Come to share ideas, get involved in the community, and meet your online friends in person.

BADCamp is a FREE event put on by the people, for the people, and with the help of many generous sponsors.

Drupal once again has a one-two punch presence at SCALE, the Southern California Linux Expo, this year at the Hilton LAX with both a Drupal booth and a Droplabs booth. The expo floor, which is packed with thousands of conference-goers and dozens of exhibitors with interests in all things open source, opens tomorrow, Saturday, February 22nd, and is open until end of day on Sunday, February 23rd.

Droplabs is also a SCALE media sponsor of the expo this year and will have a session on Friday, February 21st about its open source business model and how Droplabs grew to become the world's Top Drupal Location, as recognized by Drupical last year.

We're having another Drupal employers summit! Invitations are being sent out for this special event, which is during the evening on Friday, March 7th.

Our last summit was at Droplabs in January, 2013, and half a dozen Greater Los Angeles Area companies offering Drupal services were represented. This time, we're partnering with GLADCamp and are having our summit at the Hilton Pasadena & Convention Center on Friday, March 7th.

About the Employers Summit

This event is a roll-up-your-sleeves working meeting for companies and organizations who use and depend on Drupal, as well as its healthy business community and marketplace. We'll be meeting one another (many for the first time) and discussing the following topics:

• Building a healthy marketplace of colleagues and potential partners;
• Getting the most out of our recruiting and marketing dollar;
• What we're doing now to staff up, from local recruiting and in-house training to outsourcing and hiring out-of-town or overseas;
• Identifying the skills, job titles and qualifications of desirable candidates, employees and vendors;
• Workshops, trainings and other programs that most or all of us can get behind in order to solve our business needs.

The Non-Profit Summit is on March 7, 2014, in Pasadena, California, in association with the Greater Los Angeles Drupal Camp (GLADCamp). This is part of GLADCamp's theme of “Drupal for Good” and will be for and by non-profits in the Greater Los Angeles Area and beyond.
