I was wondering if there is any value to tridug having it's own website where drupal collaboration teams in the area could have a quick and easy development space to play with projects, config, module setups, etc. I would envision the homepage running a semi-moderated drupal install, and then allowing groups to run separate installs off subdomains. It wouldn't be for real development, more of a play area, maybe the projects would be scratched every 3-9 months. Are any other regional groups doing this?

Shared hosting w/ unlimited subdomains, emails, diskspace are what... $8 a month now?

I work with the MA Interactive Media program at Elon University (near Burlington NC). We have received a grant to install Drupal and would like to bring someone in to assist us for a couple days in our training. We have roughly $1500-$2000 to use toward this.

I have a simple event I need to track.

User comes to a site's home page. To enter the site, the user must click a "terms acceptance" link on an enter page. If the user doesn't want to accept the terms, the site redirects the user back to the home page.

I am trying to set up and implement Date 6x-2.4 and Calendar 6x-2.7 on a Drupal 6.20 installation. I believe these modules will do what the client wants, but I am having some difficulties with configuration. This is for a craft gallery that has events that span over consecutive weekends and also over month long installations as well as monthly featured artists.

I've got a number of announcements to make, the biggest of which is TriDUG now has two new organizers! Greg Monroe from Duke Corporate Education and Jason Hibbets from Red Hat have agreed to take a leadership role in the group and will be assisting with group organization and event planning.

We are in the early planning stages for Drupalcamp Atlanta 2011 and wanted to throw Saturday, October 8th out as a potential date.

Does anyone know if this conflicts with any other Drupal/OSS events or major happenings in the Atlanta area? I know Do it With Drupal and the Pacific Northwest Drupal Summit are scheduled for the following week.
