Forcontu is offering 10 x Training Scholarships for the Expert in Drupal 7 online course (valued at USD1350). If you want to apply, complete the form before April 15, 2015. On April 16 we will announce the 10 winners of a scholarship to join the course completely free. The course will be conducted from May 4 to December 4 (7 months).

We were unable to secure a venue for the March 2015 meetup. Please don't make a trip to West LA. A lot of us were tied up in things (such as planning Drupalcon LA!) this month, but we'll see everyone in April. If anyone is still interested in getting together (such a a social / "early after dark" event), please post a comment so we can figure out where to meet up.

SANDcamp is coming up fast and it's dripping with three days of Drupal goodness and training on Thursday February 26th PLUS two days of camp sessions on Friday and Saturday. Friday and Saturday are filled with great sessions on Drupal 8, new tools and innovations, an Arduino/Minecraft workshop, sessions in Spanish and more.

I don't want to spam the crap out of g.d.o (I just posted in the events section about this already), but I also want to make as sure as possibly no one makes a trip to Burbank expecting a meetup tomorrow and comes away sad. We have a lot of people out of town and indisposed this month, so there will be no study groupal tomorrow. We'll see everyone next month, but take this one off!

We are getting close to the 2014 edition of DCLA and from the looks of it, the camp promises not to disappoint. Great sponsors, great venue, and great community!

Hi everyone, after doing some house keeping it looks to me like all the sites that have been on the "musclebeach" server at SoftLayer since 2010 are either abandoned or have been moved off to other servers.

I'll be wiping this server no sooner than 2 weeks from today. The backups are in Amazon S3 and I don't plan to delete those.

If I'm mistaken and one of the sites listed here is not hosted or backed up elsewhere, please let me know within the next two weeks that you're the proper custodian of that site and I'll give you copies of the site backups I have.
