Time Banking-Community Weaver 2.0 code available-Code Sprint?
Hi Everyone,
I hope you all got back safely from Drupalcon!
For those of you who attended the "Banking on Drupal" meetup at Droplabs in February, I wanted to let you know that Time Banks USA has made the code for Community Weaver 2.0 available on the Action Hub,
http://actionhub.timebanks.org/topics/cw-20-installation-guide-open-sour...
There are over 300 Timebanks nation-wide using Community Weaver 2.0. You can preview the interface here,

What happened to ladrupal.org?
Hi,
I'm just curious. Whatever happened to http://ladrupal.org/? I just noticed it was offline today. Wasn't there a plan to add a bunch of features to that site? Did the inclusion of the wiki, jobs and video tab on GDO/LA make it unnecessary?
Read moreShowing our support
Ok, so I just discovered that becoming a Drupal Association Member is only $30 per year! I personally feel that this is more than worth it for the slick little badge you get and what better way to support the community we all love. I guess I'm posting this for anyone that didn't know how in-expensive it is and also to bring up another topic...
Are there people out there that will sponsor developers we all know and love to get their memberships? If not, I think this would be a great way to show some of our devs how much we appreciate them AND give back to drupal at the same time!

I would like to open this discussion as suggested at last night's High Performance meet up at Filter Digital. It was noted by several members that our main page has been reorganized to show the discussions list above the events list in the main content region of the page. Many suggestions were made about this reorganization and I will not try to reproduce them all here (please come and comment to make yourself heard).
Read moreHey is there going to be another boot-camp starting soon at droplabs or elsewhere here in the L.A. area
I was wondering if there was going to be another bootcamp type series like the one that ended a month or so ago at droplabs.
One that is hopefully conveniently located enough for someone living in the South Bay, or maybe West-side, or Droplabs itself?
It's really time that I delved in much deeper :)
Kindest regards,
.

Or may be somebody would be willing to teach me on their free time. Specifically I need help with building product page, slideshows and setting up shopping cart. Thank you!

The next SoCal Code Camp conference at Cal Sate Fullerton was just announced. This is a great conference for networking and learning. I participated in the last conference back in October and made an introductory presentation on Drupal. The audience response was excellent. In fact the organizers of the conference talked to me and asked to promote the conference with the drupal community. They would like to see more drupal content at their conference.

I'm working on a project in Drupal 6 where I am importing via Feeds what is basically a join table with node references using the Data module and I'm trying to display some of the relationships with Views.
I have a feeling that the data_node module that is part of the Data project isn't quite mature because I'm having issues with the SQL that comes out of the Views that are generated.
