Imagefield upload with multiple images

I'm using CCK imagefield for attaching images to nodes. I'm allowing multiple images per node, but the user still has to browse and attach each image separately. Is there a multi-upload widget that I could use to improve the user experience?

Starting a DrupalCamp Install Profile for Drupal 6

In 2009, LA Drupal gave our DrupalCamp L.A. site code away to the world for other groups to adopt that would hopefully help spark new DrupalCamps across the world. At the time of its release we could only provide a ZIP file with the database dump and a folder of modules. Handfuls of user groups adopted our code and started to give us feedback. Up until now there has been no official documentation, instructions, or anything that would help get a new DrupalCamp site up painlessly. That is about to change.

Interested in starting an Inland Empire West group

I would like to participate in organizing an Inland Empire Drupal User group for regular meetings and localized collaboration on projects. Target area is Riverside/Corona/Ontario.

Posting here to see if we can generate enough interest to make this happen. Please reply here if you are interested in participating.

LA Drupal meetings

I love going to the Santa Monica meetups. Every time I come I learn something new. Like now I finally know what Drush does and know how to use it. Most of the topics, though, are geared toward you experts (and wonderful experts you are!).

Can someone explain what the anonymous/authenticated numbers are tracking exactly in the Administration Menu?

I have the Administration menu installed on my site and have been comparing the numbers shown for the "anonymous/authenticated" users on the menu bar to the Google Analytics numbers, and they don't match up.

Sometimes, the Administration Menu shows that there are 300+ anonymous users on the site, and that is completely different from Google, which shows a much lower number over the course of the day. I wish those numbers were true, but I tend to believe Google's at this point.

Can someone explain what those numbers are tracking?

Overriding the User Registration Form

Hi all,

I have a bit of a problem that you might be able to help me with. I am using the content profile for users to create a profile and expose most of the fields created with it on the user registration form. I am running into a problem with the administration of users as I have multiple names for a single person. I have the username that the user logs in with, a legal name, that is only seen by the logged in user and any administrators, and an artist name that is used on the publicly viewable profile page. My problem is that when an administrator want s to either moderate, block or delete a user, he has to visit the profile, get the artists username, head to the user administration and search for the username there.

PCI-DSS changes

Does anybody know what's going on at Visa? There are some discussions in the Ubercart world, but it is all speculation right now.

Who would come to training workshops not boring with recreation and hotel included

Inspired by another post by an obvious academic: how many of you would attend a weekend training session that included accommodations, recreation (surf camp with training and equipment) at reasonable cost? Would $750 be reasonable for three days, including luxury room on weekend at beach and one free drink per day, mixers...

Videos from Drupalcon

Drupalcon was fantastic! Not only did I learn more about topics I knew about, I also learned about topics I never knew existed, and now know what more to learn. Cool. The con was 3000 strong -- hordes of beginners, themers and coders. For this con I was only comfortable attending sessions and meeting a person here or there -- but who knows, maybe at my next con I'll know enough to join the impromptu Drupal discussions that sprouted up all over.

Many of the session videos are up at archive.org. Search for drupalcon 2010.
